Mr. ÖZDEMİR was born in 1951 in Bafra/Samsun.
He graduated from Atatürk Universty Agricultural Faculty in 1975. He
got doctoral examination on "industrial plant growing
technique". Firstly, he was assigned to Gelemen Agricultural Research
Institute in 1975. Later, he was assigned to Samsun Soil and Water Resources
Research Instutite as The Director of the Instutite.
